Important note during Black Friday:
Unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or amend your order during Black Friday. Once your order has been placed, it won’t be possible to make any amendments. Should you wish to return your unopened parcel, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] and check out our return policy here.

We're really quick at preparing your order, therefore we have a very limited window for cancellations or address changes. Once your order is placed, product changes are not possible. 

To amend your shipping address or cancel your order, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Your request will be reviewed, however we cannot guarantee if this is possible. 

UK Orders:

If your order has been dispatched and you do not wish to receive it, you can return your unused and unopened items free of charge. Please contact our Customer Care team who will assist you with your return.

International Orders:

For international orders, cancellations / amendments are not possible once dispatched. We don’t offer complimentary returns outside the UK. If you wish to return an unused item, please send it with your dispatch note (including your full name and order number) to the address provided. You’ll need to cover return shipping, and we can’t refund lost parcels. Kindly return your order to the below address:
