Can I exchange my item?Updated 2 months ago

We’re happy to offer an exchange if you’ve purchased the incorrect range and would like to swap it for one that better suits your needs within 30 days since the day of your purchase. To be eligible, the items must be unopened and in their original condition.

Please contact our Customer Care team first at [email protected] to arrange your exchange. Once approved, you can return the items and send us your proof of postage. Our team will then be able to process your exchange item.

Exchange - non UK

At this time, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges for international orders, as we do not provide free return labels. However, we still encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team. We would be happy to guide you through your options and assist however we can.
