We do ask that you get in touch within 90 days of the date of your original order.&#xA0;Our next step will be to ask a few questions about your hair and scalp plus the experience you have had with our products. Please note, we may ask for photographs or videos to help us with our assessment. We then formulate a personalised response as to which range will suit you best and recommend an alternative range or product to try. We are delighted to provide this replacement range free of charge for you to try. If the replacement proves not to suit you and your order has been placed directly with us, we would be happy to provide a refund for your original order of the product in question upon your return.There are a couple of exceptions we would like to mention:Pitta Growth Serum, please do note this product requires a course of 12 weeks of daily application to see an improvement in hair growth. We are happy to provide usage guidance before this 12 week point to help the product&#x2019;s effectiveness but a refund will not be provided until the full 12 week course has been completed.Shampoo Brushes and Conditioner Combs, we are sorry we don&#x2019;t offer refunds on these items due to hygiene reasons.Any queries received after the 90 day point will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we are not able to refund orders after this time period has elapsed.Returned UK orders can take up to 14 business days to be received.
