How do I redeem my first order discount?
We send an automatic email to everyone that subscribes to our newsletter containing a unique code. Sometimes our emails are filtered into spam or promotional folders so do check there if you haven't received it.
Where do I enter my discount code?
On the right hand side of the checkout page, there is a box that says "Gift card or discount code". Entering the code here will discount your order.
I forgot to use the discount code, can you apply this to my order?
Discounts must be entered at checkout before completing your purchase. They are applied before delivery and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order.
